I suppose it is humor...in a way.
There is no punchline or anything.
It seams to be more about reaffirming the beliefs of it's target audience (i.e. not Liberals).
So I suppose the humor is: "haha, this is a list of things I agree with, thus reaffirming
attachment to a shared political ideology and giving me a smug sense of superiority".
