Bush is the man in charge, and watching him speak, you know he thinks his thoughts through carefully before talking into the mic. This is who I'd want on the red button when the time comes - someone who thinks, and then makes a very tough call.
Pelosi however is the type that would push the button because Putin didn't like the perfume she was wearing. This is of course after she called him an idiot for not knowing it's some $10K bottle of elephant seal balls, I mean hormones! :p
