This is the part I have trouble with. I mean, really, how much easier is it going to be for anyone to maneuver a wheelchair through the congressional corridors because they removed a stupid poster from the wall?:hmm:
If they want to make a rule to not have displays of any kind on the walls of the hall, make it such, but don't use the accessibility rules or OSHA compliance to justify it. |
Exactly DT, it was removed because someone did not agree with it thus squelching the idea of free speech to boot. Using the two rules noted above as just cause is stretching it quite a bit.
