I´m really out from SH3 since some time and probably never will finish this one.
Anyhow, IIRC, since that time when I started this thread, some others moders already looked at this stuff too. Althrough it´s possible to adjust the wind and some others smoke behaviours (as you see on the first post) Sh3 have serious limitations in this stuff, like the wind always blowing at the same direction in 3D space (even if you have differents directions on the weather report) and also the flags having a fixed direction.
