I've noticed that
'sometimes' (most of the time) after transferring to a different fleet - like to Asiatic, the first mission will be to one of your pre-transfer Pearl fleet's patrol zones. If you've been completing your objectives and want to risk it you could click the anchor icon as soon as you depart and get a different mission. I did that once and my crew were awarded several awards........ strange, but it made them happy and we received different sailing orders.
