They do not need to be forced to live off welfare. Living off welfare is their daily job. People make a living working over the system. Some do it very well. I hear ya - which is why a simple test like this Urine test should be implemented. It would force people that are on drugs and Welfare to clean up their act or else.
Little changes like this are needed to fix what is currently broken. You won't fix it overnight, but we need to move that direction.
