Don't get insulted!!! That makes you want to continue reading doesn't it?:rotfl:. I have seen this happen.....ok, ok, I'm the one that did it.  
If you are working from a backup folder, are you copying that backup folder to the mod folder each time you make a change? I know it sounds dumb but I was in a hurry and forgot to do that and didn't know why the changes were not working.
I was only making the changes to the backup file and didn't copy to the mods folder.
Do I have to type my name?
