Could be indeed.
I've got GWX 2.1 but in combo with OLCS and so the GWX enhaced damage is disabled. Havent seen anyone flying yet (and believe me i've been watching the explosions, but havent been paying attention specificly to flying folks.
)
Only see those guys floating so far but maybe they got there by air. I'll keep an eye out
