Don't know your level of experience so don't take it personally. To start with I'm a beginner so you shouldn't even be listening to me.:rotfl:.
Did you rememeber to link the turret to the gun with the "Parent ID"?
Did you set the traverse or the fire restrictions?
You didn't make a mistake and set both values in both turrets did you?
As far as changing the T to M, I honestly don't know, but if you do, you have to make the change in the .dat file too. I think the fact that they are fireing probably means they are ok.
