1.4 had 1 or 2 officers and 1 po, but when I upgraded before, the list of possible recruits was 20 officers and 30 pos, and as I recall, the crew had a yellow/gold tinge.
I know what you mean about crew limits onboard and also know how to change them.
when YOU run 1.5, how many officers are available to choose from in port??? I only am getting 1 TOTAL to choose from on the list on the left side of the screen.
