Apologies for delay in replying but it took a while to find a working download of the mod. Link to Mutabor original is:-

However. I should point out that the Mutabor cap is rather low-res and is not the one in the above screen-pic. It was subsequently modified by two other modders but the links to these downloads are dead.
The very best version was done by Privateer. He reworked the textures and removed some of the minor imperfections. Unfortunately I missed this completely
and that link has expired too.
