Then using a Hex Editor will be a wonderful source of frustration to you... Mini-tweaker? Use S3D instead:

BTW, before you tweak someone else's work, RFB in this instance, it's considered good etiquette to either ask permission, or, modify a STOCK version yourself and consider it your "own" mod.
