I wonder how long it will take for this idea to spread? The next bet will be; how long will it take for the UK to adopt this?

I'm glad the SF police have nothing better to do, other than inforce trash laws.

I can see it now. The green shirts kick in Steed's door, (after the tear gas) and write Steed a 3000 Pound ticket for not seperating his trash.
