Anyone saying there is "dark markets" etc.. Is just trying to find excuses to not face the cold hard fact that cheap oil is running out. That China is growing faster than you can say "WTF mate!" It is a REAL problem on forums like DU when data showing quota failures from OPEC from Russia and other areas is often laughed by a small group at and said is made up "just in time" to raise prices.
The real value of oil is over 100 USD. Accept it! Move on!!

Well read it and take it or leave it. It is only 2 pages long. It opens up your eyes to many things. I'm not saying the oil companies don't like what happened, but they are not the cause, just one of the benefactors.
