Yeah, I had him checked out. His back leg is injured and possibly broken. The vet, whom I didn't care for, never elaborated on his injuries. His tail will heal, but it will be bent partially. Fortunately, I've still got a good enough memory to recall in the military how to properly dress a wound with bandages. I'll need to clean them, though, with either alcohol or liquid surgical soap (I'll probably go for the soap since it's less painful). |
I can recommend Hibi-scrub, that's what we use on wounds. And don't use standard human disinfectant, it's poisonous to animals.
