This reminds me of the first time I fired anything. 15 years old with my mate's spring-loaded air rifle. He never told me how to hold it or warned me of the kick. So there I am, rifle loosely held to my shoulder with my eye to the scope. Pulled the trigger...CRUNCH...scope hit me between the eyes and I have blood pouring everywhere.
