I don't understand the basis for your question. If you go to the attack map, you can see the target position indicated. If the TDC has a valid solution you can also see the projected impact point plotted as well. The distance between them is your error. Analyzing the change in the error over time you can derive whether the error is the result of a bad range, bad target course, a bad bearing, or wrong speed input.
All the information to answer "should I shoot now?" and "if not, what do I need to fix to be able to shoot?" is right there in vastly more detail than a bearing error readout, which can only tell you "shoot/don't shoot."
