It's been a while since I played SH3, but atm I can't think of any differences between the realism settings in the two games. SH4 has "realistic sink time", "manual targeting", "realistic sensors" and so on, just like in SH3. |
Then i'll guess i'll be playing with unlimited oxygen, petrol and not manual targetting haha.
