The mod is not tested with TMO + RSRD (
and OM), so don't know whats causing the weird camera. You could try remove the "camera.dat" from this folder before installing the mod: "ROW Pacific environments 3_3\#1 PE3 Install\Data\Library", then the camera file from TM / OM will be used.
