On XP > Control Panel > System > Advanced > Performance Settings > Advanced > Virtual Memory Change. Under Custom, set it to 3056, click set and reboot.
Also, if XP is automatically rebooting you, do this: Control Panel > System > Advanced > Startup & Recovery > Untick Automatically Restart. Doing this will tell you whether XP is at fault or whether Sh3 is at fault because you should get an error report following the failure of SH3.

Thanks for usefull hint about the page file size
I have no reboots with the game, but I increased PF size anyway, since my pc is getting quite lagie when approaching harbors (especialy entering Kiel from canal) with gwx 2.1 + AOTD mod.
I hope I'm not hurting my pc if I'm leaving PF settings on higher value when I'm not playing ?
