I don't think so, you would be better off substituting it with the 1.03 dats, the main problem for me is that Rubini's mod uses the 2.1 file!
A horrid thought is that this problem may exist for all GWX 2.1 U-boats!
I need some one to run a mission, please, & deliberately allow the boat to receive a direct hit, from a deck gun, then dive the boat and see if the cloud stays on the surface following the boat around, also during the course of the mission even if repaired this cloud will remain!
