anymore we don't set the copper out until the day they tap the water main that dont always stop them but its not as bad,ussualy if someone ask for a scrap we give it to them and i use scrap to patch the hole in the wall a 60 ft roll of copper cost us 500 dollars even if they get half of that they hit several houses they made a nice little profit
