I wouldn't have liked the original Fallout games because, personally, I can't stand turn-based combat. It worked good for old 2D systems like NES (Dragon Warrior rocks!
) and SNES, but it just looks goofy in 3D games. That is the main reason I never got into games like Final Fantasy. When people talk about the "old Fallout" games, how old are we talking? How long has the Fallout series been around? Either way, I still say an apocalyptic free-roam RPG sounds great.
