I assume you can take the picture, and know where it is.
Go to
www.photobucket.com . Open up an account (they'll explain how).
At the top of your 'Album' you'll see a Header that says "Upload Images and Video". Under that is a button that says "Choose Files". Then hit "Browse" and follow the path to your picture(s). You can click on the picture or pictures you want to upload and click the button.
Once you see your pictures there click on the window under the picture that says "IMG Code". It will then say "Copied". Come back to your post and right-click and paste it in. Done.
