FYI - It was sactioned by the paper, edited by its editors, and it 'represents' the opinion of the paper as of today.
What you should take from this is not the NYT abandoning Obama, but that the NYT's serious left headedness as Obama moves towards the middle to gain votes. The NYT belongs in Europe it is so socialistically backwards.
