The "chips" are the defication from the Buffalo- you know, the waste.
When the chips are "down", as in on the ground- the Buffalo is uh, empty.
And I thought you guys knew everything. |
Alas, finding alternative methods of describing a Buffalo taking a dump isnt one of my priorities
