Avoid using max TC for extended periods without breaks. At max TC you can miss out on some contacts that you might otherwise have gotten. GWX also throws some surprises at you, ie. a DE, DD or Armed Trawler that your watch crew fails to spot in time.
This has happened to me; mostly in in bad weather.
