Sorry but this suggestion does not really answer my poilnt ie where does it tell you what order the MODS should be installed.
But I think I might of found somthing myself: The problem with the sonar, I have now eliminated after uninstalling all the MODS however 1 BIG problem still remains or 2 even Mainly that both in the UBM and standard US career There is NO AMMO for the deck gun and no ammo for the AAA in the US Career either as well as im getting an error now of missing intro movie sequence which isnt stopping the game from starting up.....

The only MOD thats still installed as I dont know how I can remove it is the RFB mod which was the only 1 that couldnt be installed using the JSGME installer I knew I shouldnt have risked it and I cant find an uninstaller exe for it anywhere now
Can I UNINSTALL THIS???
After this I will never be installing any MODS that dont have an uninstaller built in or can be installed using JSGME
I have a really bad feeling that Im going to need to start from scratch
