If I didn't read your post too fast , I read that you patched the patch 1.1?
That's wrong buddy boy
You must download the patch 1.v4b
and be sure that you "regedit" all of the Sh3 files . My advice to you now is that you delete all of the sh3 files and re-install it from the beginning . A fresh &new install is the safest . Then you see your problems been solved
PS! YOU FOUND THE PATCH 1.v4b AT UBISOFT.
