It may be you will need the SH4 guns dat
Either Rowi\Trainer or Molke has released them

Either that or alter the eqp file to use SH3 weapons

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII GWX\data\Sea\Whatever Tone folder is called

And change out the SH4 weapons
