Sometimes you don't know you are handling something until it is too late.

Reminds me of this incident last summer. I was driving home from Maine and we stopped for a coffee. As we were getting ready to leave i felt something on the small of my back under my shirt. It felt like a wood chip or pebble, something like that.

Anyways I reached back, grabbed it and pulled out a very alive and angry hornet! Luckly i had him by the back and he couldn't reach me with his stinger and the window was open so I was able to quickly chuck him out.

For the next 250 miles I kept imagining i felt another one moving around under my clothes.
