probably true what with glasnost 20 years behind us they got a pretty good idea at whats in thier subs now but id bet there itching to find out about the waterfall displays they are putting in thier new build submarines i did notice last navy day the new submarine of the lada class was totaly off limits to everyone except crew wonder why.
