Well, firstly there is a newer version of TMO out. You can find it
here.
Secondly, The U-Boat Missions raises the version of SHIV to v1.5. So if you intend to use it, you won't need the v1.4 patch.
The correct version for RSRDC for TMO is 371. You can find the latest version
here.
There are also updated versions of PE (ROW) which can be found
here.
Correct install order using the JSGME would be as follows;
SHIV v1.0
U-Boat Missions (makes the gamev1.5)
TMO 1.5.2
RSRDC v371 for TMO
RSRDC v371 Patch 8
