Hi, I have just been told that my 7.5 version of AVG has to be upgraded, however when I run the update program I get this:

I have XP with SP1 and will not update to SP2 as I have too many problems with it! but why it's saying windows 2000 I don't know!

Can anone suggest a fix or recommend another free virus scan program.
