check your swap file.. check the disk for errors. It sounds like the size of the mod is thrashing your hard drive. Windows does a terrible job at keeping files orgnized so defrag every couple weeks |

Yep it does sound like a hard drive error it might be overheating working so hard you may need a desk fan to blow some cool air around it :hmm: |

...I was also thinking that it might not be a bad idea to clean the heat sink for the cpu and apply new thermal past too (if yours uses thermal paste instead of the lil sticky pad)
