Since we only have a command for A-maintain Depth, D-Normal Dive and Emergency surface the game lacks normal-rise on the plans. When you use Emergency Blow, well up you go.
Is it possible to change the value of what that action does?
I am thinking 5-10% of what it does / air used.

Just something that crossed my mind, not even sure if it is possible to edit or what file(s) to tweek. So if it's a pipe dream n/p.
