i am almost a month at see doing nothing only watching ships passing by

all countrys are still neutral and when i attack i have a serious problem (courtmartial) today there passed a large british cruiseliner what could i do??? i ate my skippershat:rotfl

my plan is to stalk the french coast when the war starts) i already patrolled my given sector
