For example in that torpedo training mission with the medium freighter:

The vertical marks are approx. 6... which in this case (at 49m X2 mast height) gives a range of around 1850 meters.

So when I then drag the mast height to the length (140.5 meters), and read off the horizontal marks I read 18 marks.
The problem is that the mark 18 is past that 90 degree point (the one were you line the vertical mast range mark up with)

Is this a bug or is there another step I must take?
