Just for the heck of it I just now went through the fundamentals of D/L the U-Boat add-on and I had to stop at "Place Order" as I was about to buy it again.
I had no problems. When I first D/L U-Boats a couple months ago I clicked on "Add To Cart", found that was a NO-NO for some reason as it ( as you ) would not let me go into check out. I therefore tried "Checkout" ( where the yellow fist-finger is pointing first pic ) and Walla I was at checkout as shown in the second pic.
Try it again steve by just going straight to "Checkout".
