That is NOT what happens. As I said before, using the "Updates" feature does not download a small zip file. It kicks you out of Commander with no explanation. The user must then go to your site and download it directly. And then he doesn't get two small zip files to install; he gets an installer which he must then run, and it feels like it's re-installing the whole thing, even if it isn't.

I'll admit that none of this is hard to do, but the instructions aren't clear at all.
BULL****!

1. Click on "Updates" link
2. A screen will appear saying an update is available. The screen includes a ==>>DOWNLOAD UPDATE<<== link. You click it.
3. You should then get an open/save confirmation box. If you don't, it's because YOU turned the confirmation box off (it is part of Windows, not my software). In this case, the file goes to wherever your d/l files go.
4. You then go to the folder where your d/l saved. Shock horror, there'll be a new file in there!
5. You then open the file and unzip into your SH3Cmdr folder.

Like I said, I can't make it any easier - if you can't even grasp the basics of your own computer, THEN PACK IT UP AND TAKE IT BACK TO THE SELLER!
