Yes, yes, I know Kasparov is a top bloke and is risking his life to speak the way he
does. It is essential that he is taken seriously by Russia, the Russian administration
and the world.
At the same time, it is futile to deny that a chopper-chopper is bloody funny.
I don't think anyone here is seriously mixing up the seriousness of the politics and
the humor of the chopper-chopper. Both can be appreciated separate from each
other without compromise.
The incident does not reflect badly on Kasparov at all. If anything it just makes his
opponents seam politically non-serious. |
I guess you are right. Honestly I am less worried about Kasparov and Russia but rather about our own perceptions of the political process, the methods etc.
I also would like to aplogize to everyone for the word 'stupid'.
