I'm more interested in everybody else's opinion at this point. I've been reading other reviews of the movie. Most are giving it a 3 1/2 stars (out of four). I'd give it a 2 1/2.

Its not so much that it was a bad movie, I got a kick out of why people thought it was a bad movie. In a nutshell, critics didn't like it because it showed the South ass whoopin' the North in the first 2 years of the War. (Nevermind the fact the movie was waaaaaaay too long, and the special effects were god awful) The critics (the lefty PC types) didn't like the fact that is showed the South in a positive light. Appearently, they weren't aware that the South owned the North up until Gettysburg.
