I think that has already happened. I don't remember who did it but someone really tried to sue god because he lets catastrophes happen. IIRC this was just intended to show how ridiculous the American justice system is in which everyone can sue everyone for almost everything.
Does anyone remember the case where this guy (I think he was even a judge) sued a laundry for loosing his pants and demanded several million dollars?
Isn't that insane?
