For some reason I get the feeling that Hugo and Mahmoud are in cahoots... Iran is backing Hezbollah, al Sadr and his Medhi Army (IMO) and is running arms into Iraq (conjectural). Meanwhile, on the other side of the planet, Chavez throws another tantrum and tries to stir up more anti-US sentiment cr*p down south...
