You will find a file for that here:
http://files.filefront.com/GWX20+Gre.../fileinfo.html . It will restore the contact tails in GWX. The file says 2.0 but they work fine with 2.1. It can be used with JSGME too; just use another mod as a guide to help you make it JSGME compatible (file structure, etc.).
