You can enable in mid patrol.
Also, remember that the root folder ('Periscopes TDC 1.0.1') of the trouble 'installation' folder, contains other folder 'Periscopes TDC 1.01'
with the folder structure and necessary files that the mod needs; on there must be copied the files. The root folder just gives a name.
