I don't agree with the violence that took place after the "technical hitch" with the TV screen, but thats just out of order. The guy is quite obviously just walking along at a leasurely pace with a beer... and this geezer just comes over and nuts him one.
Makes you wonder why people don't trust the police! If they can't police themselves god help the rest of us.
