Check out your nearest Citizens Advice Centre and have a chat with them and don't hold back with the info as you may find out you may be entitled to another benefit. Job centres will never tell you anything, any way the way this country is going your be better off out of work. The cost of living is getting out of hand, my food bill in Jan this year averaged £20-£25 a week now it's £38-£45 and the utility company's are bloody ganger's charging the earth. If Gordon (Pig) Brown thinks the average wage is good he should try and live off it.

Hey jim, mate of mind is moving out of London as he can no longer keep up with the rising cost of living, he's planning to move up north if he can sell his house.
Not yet on bread and water but eating a lot of brown rice. And yet the teenage whore near me is up the duff for the third time and whooping it up on benefits. She and her fellow sluts knock back coffee at £2 a cup in the coffee shop and I'm not talking Starbucks here. She gloats about all the money she gets and loves talking about how nice the benifit office treats her well, she makes me sick to my stomach. |
I can empathise a little with you there 
Some of the twunts around here aren't deterred about fines because they know whilst they're on state benefits they are only expected to pay 10p/week and if they default on the payments, the courts drop them further because there's no room in the prisons and the nicks can't take em because of the passing trade, especially on weekends  |
