Tell me about it! There's tons of metal workshops here where I live and anywhere I ask they say "You need more experience". Well how the frick I'm gonna get it if everyone hires only 'experienced' workers!? Tossers! To get experience you need a job
You would think that someone would be willing to hire someone and give them the experience.
I guess employers are afraid that if they hire someone with no experience and give them experience, the now experienced worker will leave them for a better position.
Can't really blame them though.
Still it does stynk.
