The model I had built 18 years ago was 1/20th scale 80ft ELCO, and I had her rigged with 3 marine glow engines that sounded real good as the exhaust exited out the stern like the real boats did. She also had that nice low profile when she ran planed off.

Lost it during the divorce a few years later. Like most everything I had.

Back when i was married my wife(ex now) wen't to the watering hole with the folks from her shop. I met them there. 3 of us started talking about navy stuff within 10 minutes. One guy had 3 RC PT boats. He lost everything in his divorce but his boats. A year later I lost everything before I built my first boat. CL
